By accessing or using ClaimHub ("the Service"), operated by ClaimHub Services ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ClaimHub is a SaaS platform and desktop application that automates reconciliation of Third Party Administrator (TPA) claims for Malaysian GP clinics. The Service matches clinic billing records against TPA payment records to identify discrepancies.
To use the Service, you must register an account with accurate clinic and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to ClaimHub, including clinic billing records and TPA payment files. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access. We are not liable for any losses arising from service downtime.
ClaimHub is a reconciliation tool that assists in identifying discrepancies. The Service does not constitute financial or medical advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on reconciliation results. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
