Two Ways to Use ClaimHub
Choose the option that suits your clinic

Option A: Use on Website

Go to claimhub.cc, sign up, and start reconciling. No download needed. Works on any computer or tablet.

Option B: Download Desktop App

Install on your clinic PC. Data stays 100% on your computer. No internet needed after activation. Best for privacy.

This guide covers both options. If you prefer the website, follow Steps 1-3 only. If you want the desktop app, follow all steps.

Create Your Free Account
Takes 2 minutes — no credit card needed

Go to claimhub.cc and click "Sign Up Free" (green button, top right).

Fill in:

  • Clinic Name — your clinic's name as registered
  • Email — the clinic's email (for receiving reports and license key)
  • Phone Number — clinic contact number
  • MMC Registration Number — your doctor's MMC number
  • Password — at least 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, number, and symbol

Create Account
Check your email after signing up. You will receive a verification email. Click the link inside to activate your account. Check your Spam/Junk folder if you don't see it.

Start with 550 Free Credits
Try ClaimHub at no cost — no payment info needed

Every new clinic account gets 550 free reconciliation credits (worth RM98). Each credit lets you match 1 patient claim against a panel payment.

This is enough for about 2-3 months of reconciliation for a typical clinic. Use these credits on the website or desktop app — same credits work on both.

Top Up Credits (When Needed)
Only when your free credits run out

When your credits run low, top up from the "Top up credits" page:

  1. Click "Top up credits" in the left menu
  2. Choose a package (e.g. 200 credits for RM38, or 1000 credits for RM128)
  3. Pay via online banking (FPX) — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, etc.
  4. Credits are added instantly after payment

Credits never expire. Buy what you need, use at your own pace. 1 credit = 1 patient claim checked. A typical monthly reconciliation uses 100-300 credits depending on clinic size.

Download the Desktop App (Optional)
For clinics that prefer data on their own PC

Go to claimhub.cc/download and click "Download for Windows".

  • File size: ~150 MB
  • Works on: Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • Requires: Internet only for activation (first time)
Windows SmartScreen warning: You may see a blue warning saying "Windows protected your PC." This is normal for new software. Click "More info" then "Run anyway" to proceed with installation. ClaimHub is safe.

Install ClaimHub
Double-click the installer and follow the steps

Run the downloaded ClaimHub-Setup-v*.exe file. The installer will:

  1. Show the Welcome screen — click Next
  2. Automatically install SQL Server LocalDB (small database, ~50 MB) — this stores your data locally
  3. Install ClaimHub to C:\Program Files\ClaimHub
  4. Create a desktop shortcut
  5. Click Finish — ClaimHub opens automatically
Admin permission required: The installer needs admin rights to install. If Windows asks "Do you want to allow this app to make changes?" click Yes. If you are the clinic assistant and cannot install software, ask the doctor or IT person.

Activate with Your License Key
One-time activation — then it works offline

When ClaimHub opens for the first time, it will ask for a license key. This key was sent to the email you registered with.

  1. Check the email you registered with for a message from ClaimHub
  2. Copy the license key (long string of letters and numbers)
  3. Paste it into the activation box in ClaimHub
  4. Click Activate

After activation, ClaimHub works fully offline. Your patient data never leaves your PC.

Can't find the email? Check Spam/Junk folders. Or contact us at contact@claimhub.cc with your clinic name — we'll resend your key.
