How to Download & Install ClaimHub

Install the ClaimHub desktop app on your clinic PC — patient data stays 100% on your computer.

On your Windows PC, open claimhub.cc/download

Click Download Installer (.msi) under the "Download for Windows" card. The file ClaimHub-Setup.msi (~110 MB) will download to your Downloads folder.

Click "Keep"
Your browser may show a security warning — this is normal

In Microsoft Edge or Chrome, the download may show a warning that says "ClaimHub-Setup.msi isn't commonly downloaded". Click the … menu next to the file and choose Keep.

This warning appears because our code-signing certificate is not paid — we keep costs down so credits stay cheap. The installer is safe. You can scan it with antivirus / antimalware before running.

A second dialog appears titled "Make sure you trust ClaimHub-Setup.msi before you open it". Click the small ⌄ (down-arrow) next to Delete, then choose Keep anyway.

Run the Installer
Open your Downloads folder and double-click ClaimHub-Setup.msi

Open File Explorer → Home (or Downloads). Double-click ClaimHub-Setup.msi to launch the installer.

Click "Yes" to Install
Windows will ask for permission to install — click Yes

Windows User Account Control (UAC) pops up asking "Do you want to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes to your device?". Click Yes. ClaimHub will install and auto-launch when ready.

The installer bundles SQL Server LocalDB (~50 MB). This stores your patient data locally on your PC — nothing is uploaded to any server. You only need admin rights for this first install.

Activate with Your License Key
One-time activation — then it works offline

When ClaimHub opens for the first time, it asks for a license key. This key was sent to the email you registered with when you signed up on claimhub.cc.

  1. Check the email you registered with for a message from ClaimHub (also check Spam / Junk)
  2. Copy the license key (long string of letters and numbers)
  3. Paste it into the activation box in ClaimHub
  4. Click Activate

After activation, ClaimHub works fully offline. Your patient data never leaves your PC.

Can't find the email? Contact us at contact@claimhub.cc or WhatsApp 011-2050-5076 with your clinic name — we'll resend your key.
