About the Desktop App

All options use the same reconciliation engine and the same credits from your account. Choose whichever works best for your clinic.

The Windows MSI installer has been tested with antivirus and antimalware scans. When you download, Chrome may show a security prompt — this is normal for new software. Simply click "Keep" to proceed. Mac users can use the web version directly with full functionality.

Installation Guide

Download the installer

Click the "Download Installer" button above. If Chrome shows a warning, click the arrow (^) → "Keep". The file saves as ClaimHub-Setup.msi.

Run the installer

Double-click the downloaded ClaimHub-Setup.msi. Follow the installation wizard. If Windows SmartScreen appears, click More info → Run anyway.

Launch ClaimHub

The app will open automatically in your browser at http://localhost:5249

Enter your license key

Paste the key from your purchase email. Don't have one yet? Buy credits here.

Yes. ClaimHub processes everything on your PC. Your patient names, IC numbers, billing data, TPA files — none of it is uploaded anywhere. The only internet call ClaimHub makes is sending your license key string to verify your account balance. Nothing else.

No. Credits never expire. Top up when you need it and use them at your own pace.

ClaimHub currently supports AIA, Micare, PMCare, RedAlertOnline, and HealthConnect, covering the majority of GP panels in Malaysia.
