What is shared: panel name, visit date, billed amount, amount the panel paid, admin fee, co-pay, and paid/partial/unpaid status — plus your clinic's state. What is never shared: patient name, identity-card number, bill number, your clinic's name, or anything that identifies a patient or your clinic. Reconciliation still runs on your own PC and your accounts-receivable file never leaves the clinic. This is optional, it does not affect your use of ClaimHub, and you can withdraw it at any time from Settings.
